3. Extra guest fees will be applied for any guests over 8 persons.
4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
5. Wood is not provided, but can be purchased in Cascade or the service station in Donnelly
6. Boats can be launched at the state ramp a 1/2 mile down the road. The public beach has no dock access. When not on the lake you can pull the boat out and leave it at the cabin.
7. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this fantastic world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows without screens. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
