This renovated home showcases a bright and modern aesthetic with minimalist décor. It comes fully furnished with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The expansive common area is furnished with a double-recliner sofa and a large 4K flat-screen TV, providing a perfect space for group movie nights. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with pillows, duvets, and linens that are professionally cleaned and maintained. Each queen bedroom is equipped with a mounted large 4K flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-lit and features all standard appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, microwave, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with basic seasonings and baking supplies. Additionally, a high chair and portable crib are available for small children.

The neighborhood is super quiet with adorable houses. The community pool and a hot tub are 25 yards away!

3. Two small dogs or 1 medium to large shed-less dog breed allowed (Please inquire about pet fees, policy, and exceptions). Flat rates are available for longer stays of 2 weeks or more.
4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
