◾14-day rentals or longer require an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire), and a $1,000 refundable security deposit is required on rentals for 21 days or more. This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met. (With approval from the owner)
◾Please Note: You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this fantastic world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please close doors and windows without screens. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The house is treated regularly and is cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
