3. Each reservation requires a 1,000 refundable deposit held for 7 days before arrival and returned 7 days after check-out minus any funds due to damages or extra cleaning.
4. Pool heating is available for an additional $75 fee per night requested at least one week before arrival. The pool fee applies to the entire duration of your stay and must be paid in advance.
5. Please follow the posted pool and jacuzzi rules. An additional fee will apply if they are not followed, or a service or repairman is called.
6. Extra guest fees are applied over standard occupancy of 13, up to the maximum count of 17. Please inquire for details
7. The fireplace is unavailable for use during your stay.
8. Swimming is NOT allowed in the canals.
9. We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. *If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
