5. We are sorry to say that we are UNABLE to ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this property due to the Owner's SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.
6. Please remember to keep doors and windows closed if they lack screens to prevent critters from entering. Avoid leaving food or crumbs on surfaces to deter pests. Rest assured, our property receives regular pest treatment for your comfort and safety.
7. No smoking: Smoking, vaping, drugs, or paraphernalia of any kind is prohibited inside the property at any time or where the smoke can come into the property. Violators are subject to additional fees in addition to any applicable cleaning fees.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
