5. 30 days plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
