3. All late checkouts must be authorized. There is a $90 fee for unauthorized late checkouts.
4. There is a common area sauna and outdoor shower for your enjoyment. All user instructions are located on the outside of the sauna.
5. Dishwasher pods are located under the sink.
6. No On-Site Washer and Dryer - Coin Operated Laundromat is located across the street.
7. All televisions are “smart TV’s” so you may log in and stream any of your services. TV’s have local channels and programming.
8. For more space and privacy, rent entire building of five Casitas to sleep 10 (great for group retreats or events).

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
