The split floor plan consists of a large primary bedroom with a separate backyard exit and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second wing includes 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a jack-and-jill setup. TVs for your viewing options are located in the living, game room, outdoor patio, and bedrooms one and three. The neighborhood has walking paths throughout, a community park only a half block down the street, and within walking distance of many restaurants. Located in Greyhawk's prestigious Pinnacle neighborhood in a small gated community. You're only minutes from Grayhawk, Troon, Westin Kierland, and TPC golf clubs. This 4 bed/3 bath home sleeps 6 adults and 4 children.

2. POOL HEATING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $90 FEE PER NIGHT REQUESTED AT LEAST 72 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL. The pool fee applies for the entire duration of your stay to be paid in advance.
3. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy to no more than six adults plus their dependent children. You agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements by renting this property.
4. All unrelated guests must have one or more person(s) in their party over 30 that will be in residence at the property
5. A tablet is available for using and heating the spa. A link will also be provided in the check-in instructions. It is NOT to be used to heat the pool. Pool heating must be requested and paid 72 hours in advance.
6. If your stay includes Monday and or Wednesday please follow the Recycling and Garbage instructions posted at the house and send in the House Manual rules included with your check-in instructions. A fine will be accrued if bins are not returned promptly.
7. PLEASE NOTE: We are sorry to say that we DO NOT ALLOW ANIMALS of any kind at this Property. Owner has SEVERE ALLERGIES to pet dander and pet hair. Therefore, there is a "No Pet" policy in place for this property. The Law protects property owners as well as future guests, who have extreme medical issues regarding animal allergies, from having to endure an “unreasonable accommodation” for allowing a service animal. Just as some people require a service/assistance animal for medical or mental purposes, people with debilitating medical reactions to animal dander or hair, are protected by the Law. If pets are brought to the property, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
